Sales & Marketing Director | Mequon, WI

Altius Search Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales & Marketing Director for one of our clients in the Senior Living Industry.  

The Sales and Marketing Director will lead sales and marketing operations and be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned sales and marketing programs. The successful candidate will play a major role on the community marketing tour team, manage the move-in process for new residents, perform daily administrative tasks, assist in the development of marketing collateral and track all marketing-related correspondence and activities into the CRM database in a timely manner.

  • Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).

  • Submit all required documents to Home Office in a timely manner.

  • Adhere to prompt response to sales calls and tasks, and document information in CRM.

  • Lead the Sales and Marketing for the facility. 

  • Prepare resident files and sending out accounting paperwork as needed.

  • Completing lease paperwork and billing.

  • Prepare and distribute Welcome Baskets for all move-ins. (baskets, ribbons, glassware, door hangers, etc.).

  • Work with residents, family and moving company to ensure a seamless move-in.

  • Prepare Warm Welcome door hangers for move-ins and distribute in community.

  • Assist in maintaining Marketing collateral and make ready for distribution in the community.

  • Prepare mailers and brochures when called upon and put together marketing packages.

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales & Marketing Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

  • Creative, and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion.

  • Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.

  • Proven sales experience 

  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

  • Good knowledge of market research techniques.

  • Preferred knowledge in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Able to drive to and be on location for events and functions as needed.
