RN - Long Term Care | Virginia

Altius Search Group is an executive recruiting firm with expertise in healthcare recruitment with a specific focus on Senior Care.  We are currently working on a search for one of our key clients to find a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with long-term care knowledge and leadership experience. This position will have the opportunity to collaborate, teach and mentor all levels of staff in our client's long-term care facilities. Our client's facilities consist of Post-Acute Rehab and Assisted Living Facilities, Rehab, and Home Health.

• 5+ years nursing experience in long-term care
  

• Active RN license in the state of Virginia

• Leadership experience or background in education preferred

• Ability to travel

• Sound knowledge/experience with:

  • SNF/LTC background in both RCM and DNS positions.

  • Solid standing in those roles and performance history within the organization(s) you have worked

  • Comfort and working knowledge with Skilled Nursing Regulations, MDS/RAI process, and PDPM payment requirements

  • Experience with Survey process and management of the survey process
