Altius Search Group is an executive recruiting firm with expertise in healthcare recruitment, with a specific focus on Senior Care.  We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with knowledge of long-term care and leadership experience for one of our key clients. This position will offer the opportunity to collaborate, teach, and mentor staff at all levels in our client's long-term care facilities. Our client's facilities include Post-Acute Rehab and Assisted Living Facilities, Rehabilitation Services, and Home Health Care.

• 5+ years of nursing experience in long-term care

• Active RN license in the state of Oregon

• Leadership experience or background in education preferred

• Sound knowledge/experience with:

  • SNF/LTC background in both RCM and DNS positions.

  • Solid standing in those roles and performance history within the organization(s) you have worked

  • Comfort and working knowledge with Skilled Nursing Regulations, MDS/RAI process, and PDPM payment requirements

  • Experience with Survey process and management of the survey process
