Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Assistant General Manager to help lead a team for one of our customers and oversee all aspects of restaurant/entertainment operations. This pivotal role requires a hands-on assistant leader dedicated to delivering exceptional service, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of managers and team members. Foster a culture of professionalism, mutual respect, and inclusivity.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as all federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, profit and loss statements, and cost control. Implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring guests receive outstanding service and have positive dining experiences.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety and security protocols to protect both customers and staff. Ensure all team members are trained on and adhere to safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in dining entertainment.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in financial management and a solid understanding of business operations.

• Certifications: Valid Driver's License and ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).

• Availability: Flexibility to work a schedule that includes 10-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and as needed.
