Relationship Manager | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Altius Search Group is recruiting for a client that is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its team in the Philadelphia market. This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-focused professional with experience managing high-value client accounts, supporting account growth, and delivering a high level of service in a professional services, insurance, or financial services environment.

This role will serve as a key point of contact for designated clients, supporting account retention, strengthening client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating internal resources to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Support client onboarding and implementation activities for new accounts

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs, service expectations, and business objectives are met

  • Analyze account data and reporting to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for account growth

  • Deliver training and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders as needed

  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate internal and external reporting

  • Contribute ideas for process improvement, service enhancement, and client satisfaction

  • Support the ongoing development and management of strategic client relationships

  • Help identify opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or client service within insurance, financial services, or a related industry

  • Strong background in managing high-value client relationships

  • Ability to balance service, relationship management, and revenue growth within existing accounts

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation and training skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working independently

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Experience in equipment finance, leasing, or insured finance-related products is helpful but not required

  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as needed

Preferred Background

  • Account management or client relationship experience within insurance or financial services

  • Exposure to the equipment finance, leasing, or asset finance industry is a plus

  • Experience supporting key accounts in a professional, service-oriented environment
