This role is ideal for a seasoned senior living executive who thrives in dynamic environments and excels in stabilizing operations, driving occupancy growth, and leading high-performing teams.

The Operations Specialist will oversee community operations while ensuring compliance with state regulations, optimizing staffing, and maintaining high standards of care. This position requires extensive travel (80-90%) to various communities and demands strong leadership, adaptability, and a deep understanding of senior housing operations.

• Facilitate community transitions by implementing effective operational strategies.

• Supervise daily operations to uphold high standards of resident care and service quality.

• Offer leadership and guidance to community teams, collaborating with executive directors and department heads.

• Plan and execute marketing and public relations initiatives to support occupancy goals.

• Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements, health department regulations, and corporate policies.

• Oversee staffing processes, including recruitment, training, and scheduling, to enhance team performance.

• Serve as the main point of contact for licensing inspections and regulatory matters.

• Cultivate a strong organizational culture by promoting core values across multiple locations.

• Assess operational challenges and introduce strategic solutions to improve efficiency.

• Represent the organization at community events, networking engagements, and industry conferences.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
