High-visibility role with direct impact on company growth
Job description
Our customer is a fast-growing, independent equipment finance company focused on delivering flexible leasing, financing, and asset management solutions to middle-market businesses, vendors, and enterprise clients. Our approach is relationship-driven, consultative, and built around long-term client success—not transactional sales.
We partner across industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services—helping clients access critical equipment while preserving capital and improving operational flexibility.
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute a true, full-cycle marketing function—from trade shows and vendor partnerships to digital campaigns and client-facing materials.
This is not a passive or purely digital role. You will be responsible for owning the company’s marketing engine end-to-end, working directly with sales leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning.
