Inside Sales - Equipment Finance
Altius Search Group is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients in the Equipment Finance Industry. This position will generate equipment finance opportunities throughout the United States. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who is: Organized, ambitious, and professional; proficient in Salesforce; and has a proven track record of success, especially as a revenue generator.
A proven sales professional with verifiable accomplishments
Identify and secure profitable transactions in the small-ticket equipment finance industry
Generate financing transactions from manufacturer partner relationships, dealers, current customer base, and other industry-related opportunities
An individual with a broad base of customer relations
Consistent record of new business origination and long-standing relationships
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
A friendly, open, team-oriented individual
An individual who is very customer-sensitive and customer service-focused.
Job requirements
2+ years of inside sales experience in the equipment finance industry
Understanding of finance, accounting, and tax issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent work ethic
Persistence & assertiveness
Organizational and computer skills
Proven ability to establish and maintain new business
Knowledge of CRM software programs
Enjoys working with a team in a collaborative environment
