Healthcare Field Sales Executive | Los Angeles, CA

Altius Search Group is searching for a Healthcare Account Executive for one of our clients. This position is responsible for lead generation and healthcare channel move-in goals. In this role, you will call on a mix of account types including hospitals and rehab facilities.

• Develop and cultivate new professional referrals and nurture existing relationships to continue incremental growth in the target market
• Generate an average of two direct referrals daily to ensure move-in quota achievement
• Convert and advance qualified referrals into customer move-ins together with the local advisement team to achieve monthly sales quota
• Meet new contacts within hospitals and rehabilitation centers and follow up with referral sources on patient outcomes
• Develop and adhere to reoccurring sales calls to ensure a strong repeatable referral pipeline


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Three or more years of B2B sales experience in a hospital setting
  • Fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in an independent work environment
  • Ability to promote best-in-class solutions with all healthcare professionals and families
  • Successfully demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and in a partner sale
  • Daily recording of all sales activity and next steps in Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
