Altius Search Group is helping a small neighborhood bar in Milwaukie find a Head Cook to oversee their kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the back of house, manage ordering, plan creative weekly specials, and ensure quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage cooking staff
• Handle weekly ordering, inventory management, and vendor relations
• Create and execute weekly specials that fit our bar menu and vibe
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including strong experience with a combi oven
