Job description
Our client, a boutique hotel in Louisville, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operations of our high-volume rooftop lounge and bar, along with overseeing seasonal poolside food & beverage service. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality-driven professional with a proven track record of managing upscale, high-traffic F&B environments while delivering elevated guest experiences.
Job requirements
2-3 years of experience leading high volume lounge, bar, or restaurant.
Experience leading bartenders and cocktail servers.
Experience partnering with Restaurant Managers elevating restaurant operations and guest experience.
Experience managing cash and receipts.
Experience with event activations.
Wine and Bourbon knowledge preferred.
