Job description

Our client, a boutique hotel in Louisville, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the operations of our high-volume rooftop lounge and bar, along with overseeing seasonal poolside food & beverage service. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality-driven professional with a proven track record of managing upscale, high-traffic F&B environments while delivering elevated guest experiences.

Job requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience leading high volume lounge, bar, or restaurant.

  • Experience leading bartenders and cocktail servers.

  • Experience partnering with Restaurant Managers elevating restaurant operations and guest experience.

  • Experience managing cash and receipts.

  • Experience with event activations.

  • Wine and Bourbon knowledge preferred.
