Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process with empathy and expertise. Provide personalized consultations, answer inquiries, and showcase the community’s unique features and benefits.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, events, open houses, and informational sessions to attract prospective residents and enhance the community’s visibility. Utilize digital and traditional advertising channels, including social media, print materials, and community outreach programs.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners such as healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations. Actively engage with community stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and community staff to ensure seamless communication and a positive resident experience.
Job requirements
Two years of proven experience in a commission-based sales and marketing role, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
A genuine interest in helping seniors and their families navigate life transitions.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and sales reporting. Demonstrated skills in lead management, sales, and closing techniques tailored to the senior living market.
A high-energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in a sales environment.
Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
