We're seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead the execution of everything from elegant weddings and luxury social events to high-profile corporate functions and exclusive celebrations.

The Opportunity

As Banquet Manager, you'll oversee the successful execution of multiple events while leading a dedicated banquet team known for exceptional service and attention to detail.

Working alongside Catering, Culinary, Sales, and Hotel Operations, you'll ensure every event is delivered seamlessly—from the first setup to the final guest farewell.

This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, solving problems in real time, and creating memorable experiences.

Job requirements

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day banquet operation and event execution

  • Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and coordinate staffing, timelines, and logistics

  • Ensure every event is executed to the highest luxury hospitality standards

  • Partner with Catering, Culinary, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering to deliver flawless events

  • Coach, mentor, and develop banquet team members while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence

  • Oversee event setup, service, breakdown, and room transitions

  • Manage scheduling, payroll, labor costs, and operational efficiency

  • Maintain banquet inventory, equipment, linens, china, glassware, and supplies

  • Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues quickly and professionally

  • Ensure banquet spaces are consistently guest-ready and impeccably presented

 

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a hospitality leader who combines operational excellence with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of banquet, food & beverage, or hotel operations experience

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in banquet operations

  • Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, country club, or high-volume event venue preferred

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • The ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
