Altius Search Group has been engaged by a growing equipment finance organization to identify a standout professional to lead modular asset lifecycle operations and drive revenue through resale and re‑lease channels. This is a high‑visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and asset management.

What You’ll Own
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Prospect, network, and follow up to generate resale and re‑lease opportunities
Build relationships with buyers, resellers, and strategic partners
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pricing models, and opportunity tracking
Partner with Marketing to promote modular inventory and accelerate deal flow
Asset Lifecycle & Inventory Oversight
Develop expertise in modular building specs, configurations, and availability
Monitor lease maturities and plan proactively for resale or redeployment
Execute end‑of‑lease actions including billing adjustments and payoffs
Coordinate logistics, return locations, storage, and vendor support
Operational Execution & Compliance
Manage contracts, invoicing, and modular‑related charges
Ensure proper insurance coverage, including government‑related requirements
Audit and secure documentation (titles, MSOs, drawings, floor plans, compliance files)
Support government contract processes with amendments and option letters
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams
Provide reporting on pipeline activity, transactions, and margin opportunities
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and profitability
Job requirements
What You Bring
Strong sales instincts and comfort managing a pipeline
Experience with modular buildings, fleet assets, or equipment finance (preferred)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer‑relationship abilities
A proactive mindset with the ability to streamline and document processes
